Giancarlos Sicilian Steakhouse is a concept centered around the genuine passion and appreciation for food that personifies Italy. Our goal is to apply the food values of Italy, and our individual creativity, to the food culture in Western New York.

Private Parties:
Giancarlos is specifically designed for private events of all occasions up to 120 guests. Each event is entirely customized to your liking for the ultimate experience.

Lunch:
The Vantaggio Room is available for private dining during lunch. Guests can either order off the lunch menu or create a custom menu for the event.

Market Cafe:
Our Market Caf is the most unique feature to Giancarlos. Located in our bar, it is a prepared foods market, and an Italian style caf with great cappuccino, latte, espresso, and sweets.


Prepared Foods;
The Market Caf offers prepared foods of the highest quality. We are committed to the essence of simplicity that is so relevant in Italian cuisine. In addition to quality, we offer a healthy solution to quick food on the go.


Takeout;
The Market Caf is home to our takeout from the kitchen. Our pizza, and the rest of the lunch menu, is available for takeout. Call 716.650.5566 to place your order.

Retail;
In addition to coffee products, prepared foods, and takeout, the Market Caf has various olive oils, balsamic vinegars, Italian sodas, Pellegrino, Aqua Panna, Giancarlos mugs and hats, and Bogavia Tea.

Brunch:
There is nothing more enjoyable then a Sunday brunch, especially at Giancarlos. We have an elegant buffet spread with an omelette station, Belgian waffle station, and carving station.


In addition to the stations, we have various dishes including quiche, foccaccia pizza, lasagna, cannoli, and a lot more. Every week we change around the menu as we continue to evolve and create.


In addition to the food, our bar features specialty Beauty Drinks, developed by Tony Walker Body & Beauty. The Beauty Drinks are made with various tea elixers and fruit. They are alcoholic and non-alcoholic.


Our Vantaggio Room is available during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours for up to 28 guests. The Main Dining Room is available in the evening for up to 50.

Giancarlo’s food is inspired by the simplicity of Italian cuisine, particularly Sicilian cuisine. We are committed to using the finest ingredients, and pairing them in a simple manner to bring out the fullest flavor.

Our diverse menu includes various fresh salads, daily soups, imported cheeses and salami, hot panini’s, Mom’s spaghetti and meatballs, and our Giancarlo’s style pizza. We have various daily specials, and are constantly experimenting in our never ending culinary pursuit.
