Welcome to Salvatore's Italian Gardens Restaurant and Garden Place Hotel. We pride ourselves as being one of the premier fine dinning restaurants and boutique hotels in Western New York.

Opened in 1967, Salvatore's Italian Gardens was always known for their over the top decor. Now we are becoming very well known for our Steaks, Fresh Seafood and Fine wine selections 378 to be exact. In the years 2010 and 2011 Salvatore's has been awarded the wine spectator award of excellence, dirona award, opentable dinners choice award, triple A 3 diamond award, and many more. We are also noted for our elegantly appointed banquet and conference center that can handle events from 30 guests up to 600. Joe Salvatore purchased the family business from his father in 2003, and now along with his wife Paula and their three children Josette, Russell and Nicholas they handle the day to day operations.

Introducing Points system rewards, every dollar spent you earn a point,
- 100 points = $10
- Maximum of 5000 points per visit.

Only earn points on purchase of F&B
- Points will not be redeemed on gift certificates earned, tax or gratuity

Points will not be earned with the use of any promotional incentives,including promotional gift certificates, coupons or hotel packages. Rewards given in $25 increments and will be able to be used towards your next visit.
- Rewards are stored on your Salvatores Rewards Card
- Rewards cannot be put towards tax or gratuity

- Valid during your birthday week

Rewards members get the first invitation to Salvatores Chefs tasting dinners.

If you forget your card, no problem we can look it up in the system for you.

You can earn points on all of your dinning room parties.

Term sand Conditions:

Salvatores Rewards program is for patrons of 18 years of age or older. Accounts are set up for individuals only. Points are earned on each dollar spent (excluding tax, tip, gift card purchases, and or gift cards earned). Points will not be earned with the use of any promotional incentives, including promotional gift certificates, coupons or hotel packages.A $25 Birthday gift will be issued to all members and is valid towards the purchase of two dinner entrees to be used during your birthday week.

Rewards will only be given for the portion of the bill that the member is paying. Maximum of 5000 points earned per visit. Points are earned on Dinning at Salvatores Italian Gardens only. All points are stored on your Salvatores Rewards Card.

Point scan be redeemed for anything at Salvatores Italian Gardens and Salvatores Garden Place Hotel (food and drinks, hotel rooms, gift shop, flowers for your table, and much more).

Salvatores reserves the right to terminate or alter this program at any time without prior notice. Employees of Salvatores are not eligible for the Salvatores Rewards program. All information is confidential and will not be shared.

Salvatore's Garden Place Hotel opened in 1995. At the original opening the hotel consisted of 49 rooms. Through the years it has grown to 166 rooms. All the rooms come with full breakfast buffet served in our hotel courtyard. We offer dinner packages with dinner at Salvatore's Italian Gardens. These are very popular with many of our guests. Remington's lounge is now open and serves hotel guests daily. Currently the hotel is upgrading the property. All hotel rooms have new flat panels with high definition channels standard. The hotel will be completely non smoking in the near future. The rooms are also going through a renovation and were expecting to be finished with the entire property in 2013.

We are very community oriented. We have been supported by the local community over the years. Now is our time to give back as we support many charities throughout Western New York. We would like to welcome you to the Salvatore's Experience and look forward to serving you.

Our chef Tom Diana, Along with Russell & Nick Salvatore have really taken Salvatore's Italian Gardens to a new level. Along with are award winning wine list. Our dinning room is now where we offer our hand selected wet aged angus steaks, the best of waygu beef & seafood.

We now offer Flatbreads!!!!Margarita, Kobe Beef with Goat Cheese, The Bolognese, White Truffle Proscuitto, Italian Hot Pepper!!! WOW, These are so Good. No wonder why they’re so famous in WNY, It’s obvious. One of the biggest issues with restaurants in general is that many are not consistent. That's not the case with Salvatore's. Growing up in the restaurant business personally I got to learn and experience first hand what fine dining food and service was all about. I honestly didn't think there was such thing as a restaurant so precise in Buffalo. Everything was on the dime. Service wasn't just professional, it was very personal which I think is a major plus when you go out to dine and spend money. I was able to tell the food was outstandingly fresh, and each dish on their menu is unique in its own way. Another major plus I'd like to add is that the owners and managers are always there working their butts off, on top of that their always greeting people and socializing saying their hellos to the regulars that come in where as most restaurants you don't even know who the owner is and if you do, you'll very rarely see his/her face. Anytime you go you feel your treated special and you'll also feel like your part of the family. And there's also guaranteed live music every Friday and Saturday which makes things that much better. If I had to say one bad thing about this place it would be that the wine list is too big! So many selections and verities I honestly can go there every night for the rest of life and have a different glass of wine and still not try all the selections they have to offer. If you'd like to know the definition of "fine dining", don't pick up a dictionary or type it in google...go to Salvatore's and you'll never forget what fine dining means. The Buffalo/WNY area is lucky to have such a place to be entertained and enjoy a meal at any night of the year. Whether I'm taking my clients out to dinner or going out for a regular night out with my family, I will always be a regular here.
