SHAAREY ZEDEK APARTMENTS are intended to meet the needs of individuals over the age of 55 who are in need of affordable housing and are income eligible.

SHAAREY ZEDEK APARTMENTS serves Amherst, New York and surrounding areas.

SHAAREY ZEDEK APARTMENTS is a three-story apartment facility consisting of 59 apartments; 47 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments. Three of the one-bedroom apartments and three of the two bedroom apartments are fully handicapped accessible. All other apartments are handicapped adaptable. Amenities include:
Heat included in rent
Full carpeting in living room and bedrooms
Equipped with stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal
Air conditioning in each apartment
Cable outlets in each apartment with cable service available at a reduced cost
A drive up entrance and ample parking
A large hotel style elevator for easy access to all three floors
First floor coin operated laundry facilities
A lounge area on every floor
A community room with a fireplace

Income Eligibility: Based on New York State Metro Median Income.

Applications may be obtained from the Management Agent. Fully completed applications, received by the Managing Agent, will be processed on a "First Come - First Served" basis.
